CONFERENCE VENUE
Samara – is a city with rich history, unique cultural heritage, unique spirit in which by alive strings plaited east and western civilizations. During several centuries Samara was one of the largest centers of the Russian education, science and culture. Favorable transport-geographical position (through Kazan there pass federal automobile lines in three directions, rivers and railways connecting large of Volga’s city), high total regional product, fast growing investments potential, net-work of the logistical centers of the international level, which will speed up job on formation of the international transport corridors, make Samara attractive multifunctional science and industry complex for realization of different huge investment projects. The 4-th international scientific practical conference «LEREI-4-2009» is spent in walls of the Samara State Aero-space University (SSAU) – one of the largest universities in Russia, indissolubly connected with establishment of high technical education in Volga Region. SSAU today is a large advanced multifunctional study-science-innovational complex of the new type, including structural divisions for organization of a completed cycle – «lyceum students – students with high education degrees – postgraduate students – candidates and doctors of technical, mathematic and economic sciences – fundamental science – dedicated researches – transfer of technologies – organization of manufacture of innovative prod-ucts».
